Reaching the Unreachable

On 2nd December, when floods cut off entire communities and conventional access became impossible, the Rotary Club of Colombo Centennial successfully carried out a drone-based emergency relief mission, delivering essential food, drinking water, medicine, and candles to a stranded group that had not received any assistance until then. With roads fully submerged, a high-capacity drone was deployed to ensure timely and life-sustaining support reached those in need.
