The Board Meeting held on 15th October, chaired by President Rtn. Shervon, highlighted the successful completion of the Weli Oya community initiatives and the Ganemulla Maternity Clinic project, with members encouraged to maintain consistent follow-up to ensure long-term impact and sustainability.

Preparations for the 5th December Mega Event were reviewed, with key performers confirmed and members urged to focus on ticket sales, sponsorships, and logistical arrangements. In addition, a donation initiative proposed by Rtn. Ranjan for Welikande in November was presented for member support. The meeting concluded with fellowship and dinner, fostering collaboration and camaraderie among members.
