Strategic Review and Forward Planning

The Board Meeting followed by the Club Assembly took place on 14th January at The Kingsbury, Colombo, bringing members together for reflection, alignment, and planning. A key discussion focused on the continuation of the Mistletoe event, which had to be delayed due to Cyclone Ditwah, with members exploring the way forward to successfully resume the initiative.

The meeting also reviewed the successful events carried out during the first six months of the Rotary year, celebrating achievements and lessons learned. In addition, discussions were held on the plan for the final six months, including identifying immediate projects and causes that require attention, ensuring the club remains responsive, impactful, and aligned with its service goals.
