Empowering Young Minds at Good Shepherd Convent

Healing Minds Matter

On 13th March, the Healing Minds Matter program was successfully conducted at Good Shepherd Convent, Kotahena, engaging over 350 students in an energetic and impactful mental health awareness session. The project was coordinated by the Interact Club of Good Shepherd Convent, showcasing the power of youth-led initiatives in creating meaningful change.

The session was led by a distinguished panel including Rtn. Rasini Bandara (Past President, Rotary Club of Colombo Mid Town), Mr. Ranil Thilakarathna (Chief Operating Officer, Lanka Lifeline), Rtn. PHF Michael Jayawardana (President, Rotary Club of Port City), and Mr. Dulika Jayamanne (Founder, Beat It Out). Their insights encouraged open dialogue and awareness on mental well-being. Special appreciation goes to Int. Michelke Perera, President of the Interact Club of Good Shepherd Convent, for her leadership in coordinating this successful initiative.
