Joint Meeting

On 9th March, a joint meeting between the Rotary Club of Colombo Centennial, Rotary Club of Colombo Reconnections, and Rotary Club of Colombo Uptown was successfully held, bringing members together for an engaging and thought-provoking session. The evening featured Guest Speaker Mr. Mithila Wegapitiya, Vice Chairman of LAUGFS Holdings, who delivered an insightful talk on “Uniting Generations at Work.”

His session explored how organizations can effectively bring together Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z within the workplace, highlighting strategies to harness the strengths of each generation to create extraordinary outcomes. The meeting concluded with warm fellowship among members, strengthening the bonds between the participating clubs.
