Ganemulla Maternity Clinic

The Rotary Club of Colombo Centennial proudly took the initiative to bring back to life a closed-down maternity clinic that once served over 100–140 mothers every year.

As part of this effort, our club funded the construction of a new consultation room with two modern bathrooms — one for the doctor and one for expectant mothers.

Before handing over the new facility to the public, we organized a heartfelt event to appreciate the 85 incredible village volunteers who contributed their time, effort, and resources to make this dream a reality.

Each of them was presented with a memento of gratitude, symbolizing our shared spirit of “Uniting for Good.” 💙🤝

Together, we’ve not only rebuilt a clinic — we’ve restored hope for an entire community. 🌿👶
